All the rest relied on 'rogan josh paste' in a jar as 1 ingredient.
Her Rogan Josh recipe is superb, every time, as are all of the recipes in that book.
One of my favourites is "Basic Rice" which starts with butter, onion, cardamom pods, cloves, cinnamon, and basmati rice. |
