I got methylene blue powder, I need it for indication perchlorate in aqueous solution, what is the suitable solvent for this to be similar to the
methylene blue solution in chemical store.

Typically 0.5 to 1.0% w/v solutions of methylene blue in an alcohol / water solution

What about alcohol/water ratio in typical indicator?!

Plain old water will work. This also makes a good biological stain. 1% like joe said will work but be warned as this will stain anything it comes in
contact with. I've even had it stain some glass slides permanantly before.
