Methylene blue

I got methylene blue powder, I need it for indication perchlorate in aqueous solution, what is the suitable solvent for this to be similar to the methylene blue solution in chemical store.

Plain old water will work. This also makes a good biological stain. 1% like joe said will work but be warned as this will stain anything it comes in contact with. I've even had it stain some glass slides permanantly before.
