How safe is perhydrol at different concentrations?

So it turns out I MAY be able to obtain 60% (or less if I want) hydrogen peroxide from one source (one shop that sells items to both proffesionals and individual clients) and in a future will likely buy some, in fact buying 60% and diluting it may be cheaper than buying 30%...

I'll have to phone them once holidays end...

But I know that above around 30% H2O2 is no joke, and I wanted to ask you guys, if you would ever recommended buying such a concentrated product and diluting it or using it directly. I kind of plan to make aquous SnCl4, so I will end up mixing SnCl2, HCl and H2O2, and than I'll crystallize respective hydrate. So less water will be quite good.

Or simply, which is the highest concentration of H2O2 anyone can handle quite safely?
