The name isobutyl bromide refers to a compound with structure

CH3-CH-CH2-Br

The systematic name is?

My question is do we treat Br as if it were a branch?

Also Hypothetically speaking, if there were a double bond or tripple bonded element that was not carbon or Hydrogen how would we go about naming them?

The answer for the above is 1-Bromo-2-methylpropane
