I'd like to know if is it a material you actually own or something you want to synthesize?
Since the only commercial trichloronitrobenzenes I know are these:
1,2,3-Trichloro-4-nitrobenzene
1,2,3-Trichloro-5-nitrobenzene
1,2,4-Trichloro-5-nitrobenzene
1,3,5-Trichloro-2-nitrobenzene
and none of them matches structurally with the one you state.

Seem structurally weird to me, the Cl are strangely placed in this one...

Yes, the chlorine molecules are posted in a very unique position. It is also not listed in the general catalogues of all chemicals. I have both the
Nitro and the Amino derivative in good quantity, but am unable to find an effective use for them. Whatever application I thought of was of
converting the amine to a phenol or even to a benzoic acid. Although this was used earlier it has no current application.
Hence I thought, If I start with the Nitro molecule I may have more options
