I'd like to know if is it a material you actually own or something you want to synthesize?

Since the only commercial trichloronitrobenzenes I know are these:

1,2,3-Trichloro-4-nitrobenzene
1,2,3-Trichloro-5-nitrobenzene
1,2,4-Trichloro-5-nitrobenzene
1,3,5-Trichloro-2-nitrobenzene

and none of them matches structurally with the one you state.

Yes, the chlorine molecules are posted in a very unique position. It is also not listed in the general catalogues of all chemicals. I have both the Nitro and the Amino derivative in good quantity, but am unable to find an effective use for them. Whatever application I thought of was of converting the amine to a phenol or even to a benzoic acid. Although this was used earlier it has no current application.

Hence I thought, If I start with the Nitro molecule I may have more options
