Being a customer (a mark) at Keten.com.pl
Hello all,
Seing some sellers have their own page for feedback and regular feedback is given on eBay sellers I hope that opening a topic dedicated to Keten wont
be a problem.
Anyway, there are mentions of Łukasz Mikuś here and there on Sciencemadness and the web but nothing regrouping several experiences.
As for me, I hope if you are reading this you are reading it *before* placing an order.
I placed my first order with Keten.com.pl a couple of years ago.
All chemicals arrived fine, a friend working at a school was happy to see that my "low cost" suppliers would package so nicely and included the CAS
number.
But... I was missing the warning label stickers I had ordered.
I wrote, Lukasz said he'd mail them, I never received them, wrote again and he never answered.
I should have forgotten about him then...
But some months ago I needed ammonium sulfate, a chromate collection and several common or uncommon chemicals.
Keten had most of them at a good price.
Below, you'll find a screenshot that'll give you and idea how it went.
As there is a contact number on his contact page I also tried to call. No answer of course from both numbers.
Obviously, I recommend anyone reading this to refrain from buying from him.
399 Euros of merchandise is not a small sum.
I believe many people on this forum have had experience with the guy. Please share your experience here, good or bad.
