Is it possible to make a aluminum wrap from just colloidal aluminum using nanotechnology?
This is a very general question. I am curious. Colloidal aluminum has aluminum nanoparticles. Is there a way to make a small piece of aluminum wrap
from those colloidal by increasing their size?

No. The oxide layer makes it next to impossible for aluminum to form metallic bonds with other particles.
The first step in the process of learning something is admitting that you don't know it already.
I'm givin' the spam shields max power at full warp, but they just dinna have the power! We're gonna have to evacuate to new forum software!
