Calcium acetate probably not, but the calcium carbonate that will be formed can attack glass at high temperatures. I'm not sure how serious of a
problem it is, but destroying glassware while distilling calcium acetate is common.
Oh and one run didn't seem to damage the paint can I used for a boiling flask. I didn't manage to isolate any acetone last time I tried a destructive
distillation of calcium salts, but I think that may be because the acetone-sodium bisulfite adduct is more soluble than I expected.
