Biological Waste Disposal


Any advice on the disposal of Adrenaline and Acetylcholine? They are both low in concentration. My superior suggested that I bleach them and pour down the drain.

First, I assume these are aqueous solutions.

If the concentrations are low enough, I don't think the bleach is necessary (unless the solutions contain bacteria or other microorganisms). Still, check your local regulations to make sure.
