Before you start with this project, consider that is may be more economical, easier and better for the environment if you just sell the stuff to a metal recycling company that have experience in this, can handle large quantities and benefit from the economy of scale.
Then just buy the silver and copper you need.

The silver content is so low, it is likely that you'll spend more on chemicals and other consumables than the silver is worth.

Send it to the tin refiner?

Otherwise plate the tin out?

Neither flask nor beaker.

Dissolve the tin with hydrochloric acid, which you can then electroplate out to recover. Dissolve the residue that is insoluble in hydrochloric acid with nitric acid, and add copper wire to precipitate out the silver metal.
