Where is the best place to look for phase diagrams? So far the only reasonable ones I've found are of water and CO2. Specifically I am in need of a
diagram for EtOH and various concentrations of EtOH + H2O and those seem impossible to find. I'm trying to design a procedure for EtOH extraction of
ginger compounds that I can vacuum dry with a cheap pump and a dry ice/alcohol cold trap.
Edit: I'm dumb. I didn't bother checking wolfram alpha. I've only ever really used it for math.
