Chlorine Gas?
Ive already done a google search on how one could create chlorine gas but im not sure if the info is correct.
Bleach/Sodium Bisulfate?
hcl acid/potassium permaganate?
Ive read something about putting dc current to a metal rod in a water solution to create chlorine for pools but but I cant find any details on it.
Basicly im looking for the easy/safe rought to creating this gas.

Search this forum. There is a 7 page thread on Cl2 as well as several smaller threads, including a very good easy synthesis by Organikum from TCCA
and HCl. Probably every concievable method has at least been mentioned in some detail.
Remember that chlorine is very poisonous, so be very careful, have good ventilation and an escape route, etc. Also, make sure your gas apparatus is
airtight before you make any chlorine. I found that out the hard way, and it was painful and unpleasant.
