How to alloy Iron and Bismuth
Following on from the Gold/Ti alloy thread has anyone any pointers on how to allow Iron with Bi?
I have read that Bi will alloy with no other metal.

Bismuth is very common in Low melting point alloys. Wood's metal, Cerrobend, etc.
What is the intended purpose of an Iron alloy with this?

1. Attempt to re-express your target’s position so clearly, vividly and fairly that your target says: “Thanks, I wish I’d thought of putting it
that way.”
2. List any points of agreement (especially if they are not matters of general or widespread agreement).
3. Mention anything you have learned from your target.
4. Only then are you permitted to say so much as a word of rebuttal or criticism.

Bismuth alloys with plenty of metals such as indium.

Silly mistake.
I forgot that Bismuth will not alloy Iron, not all other metals.

The article above says " .................Amorphous phases in the completely immiscible Bi‐Fe system were formed for the first time by ion mixing
and magnetron cosputtering......................
Perhaps I could incorporate some lead.

Leaded Iron alloys are fairly well known, they are used in mould blocks or similar machine that requires smooth cuts and fine details. Bismuth is
sometimes added to these-
(Edit)
Yes, all in your link! I knew of it from bullet casting/mould material selection.
