NMR would look like a nice method if you happen to have an NMR spectrometer available. IR would work, but you would need to calibrate it with a known
mixture.
Burn it and measure CO2 is another option.
Total Cl would work provided that you know there is nothing else present.
Really, I think the best advice might be "don't work with those chemicals - they are not very nice".

Analysis how? You already know that it is 20% CH<sub>3</sub>PCl<sub>2</sub> and 80% PCl<sub>3</sub> right? So
what are you looking for? Confirmation of these ratio or how pure your solution is? Or what else?
