could anyone give me any background info about this reaction?
i mean actually ANY info about it
like does it release heat
is it safe?i mean can i pour a bucket of each in the barrel and mix them with a stick!or it would blow and i'm supposed to use and eye dropper tool!

It will release heat, as it is a neutralisation reaction. It will also release lots of CO2 gas, which can become a serious safety issue if you are
really going to use bulk quantities.
One shouldn't accept or resort to the mutilation of science to appease the mentally impaired.

CH3COOH + NaHCO3 (mind the capitalization on formulae PLZ!) tends to be endothermic (gas release). Neutralizing strong salts (e.g., CuCl2) also gets
cold. Mineral acid (HCl) appears to come out even. Formic acid probably cools but not as much as vinegar.
