ammonium acetate synthesis.
Hi would reacting some store bought ammonia and acetic acid make ammonium acetate? Theres nothing on this forum or on the internet.

Maybe there's a good reason why you can't find preparations from boiling away mixtures of vinegar and household ammonia?
It's well known here that vinegar and acetic acid aren't the same thing, the proper way to make the salt is ammonium (bi)carbonate and GAA, and
reading chemistry books is not necessarily a waste of time. This was known nearly 200 years ago, but the thing is, this isn't rehashed every year for
each new class of those who want to learn the hard way.
