There a lot of RDX synthesis threads as well as for PETN. Read through them.
That website seem like a copy and paste for some methods.
And yes ... All that is required to make RDX is WFNA and Hexamine. But it's not easy. It is an art in itself.
You should use the search function ..... Most of the questions will be answered if you search and read.
Starting a new threads for the questions you asked about PETN and RDX wasn't necessary.
