Vacuum pump question
Hi I was wondering if my Diaphragm Pump is suitable for vacuum distilling compounds with high boiling points, here's a link with some specs for it.
http://www.dudadiesel.com/choose_item.php?id=dia115vhp
thank you for advice. I have a spending limit under 150 including shipping for if it's not good enough =\ thank you
p.s. i dont know anything about pumps yet which is why im asking. like for example what exactly would that pump bring water's boiling point down to?
Thank you!

If you are at all mechanically inclined, go for a refrigerator compressor; use the search engine. Aspirators are fine, but they use a lot of water,
an actual pump is so much more convenient.
