Electrodes

Where do you guys get your electrodes from, i am looking for Ti-MMO/DSA or Platinised-Ti electrodes i tried searching ebay i cant find nothing, maybe im not using the right keywords. Also is there a way to make platinise a ti electrode i remember seeing nurd rage make magnanese dioxide coated electrode im wondering if there is a similar process?
