Some list of people sued for flipping companies.
Note that I only have 1 in the science industry, which is the pharmaceutical industry. Does anyone know of any others?
So, Pfizer has some of Merck's trade secrets.

Not to rain on your parade, but corporate espionage is nothing new. Just wait till you hear about public-private partnerships in the chemical mfg
& waste management world.

Heh I don't get the 1st lawsuit. If the gangs kill people in my town or my family, I'll sue the police for not taking care of the gangs? Heh.

You would and fairly should be able to sue the police in that instance, especially if you’re forced to pay taxes to support them (which most people
do). The EPA in this instance colluded with private companies to divert waste into the Colorado river valley, creating ecological damage in the
process, and therefore opening themselves up to legal retribution.

Holy chit. They can prove that the EPA gave permission to dump the chemicals? How would outsiders know?
