Determining the actual % of H2O2

So i have 2 old bottles of H2O2, originally about 32-35%.

Can i determine the actual % by density or is a titration needed?
I know there is density tables for H2O2 but are they somewhat accurate?

Nevermind.
I actually asked this exactly a few years ago, that i somehow forgotten.
