Vacuum dessicator
I just did another impulse buy on ebay. A heated vacuum dessicator. Kind of an old and worn one, but (probably) servicable. Anyone heard of this
company and if they're still around? I'm hoping to run down spare parts like seals and a new gauge if possible.

It's desiccator. Not dessicator.

I happen to like it better with double s! Kinda scary that I wrote for a living for 15 years! Yes, I did depend on spell check!
I sent an email to this company, but no word yet. I have a sinking feeling its one of those orphan products. I have assurances it heats up, but I have
my doubts whether it will hold a good vacuum. Why is it that all surplus lab equipment has a gauge or something snapped off? I thought only undergrads
were allowed to beat the hell out of their gear!
