Online atoms simulator toy
I've been working on a 3D Lennard Jones potential webtoy:

Things I plan to add whenever I feel like it:
User adjustment of number of atoms and box size, to manipulate pressure
A variety of different atoms w/ different boiling points (epsilon values), such as helium to xenon
Simulation of element transmutation (what happens when solid atoms gradually turn into gas atoms, or vice versa, ignoring heat of radioactive decay).
Timestep and steps per frame adjustment
Remove bugged out atoms that escaped the bounds
Possibly implementing the MMFF94 force field for simulating organic molecules
