Tin and Copper acetates

I've left beaker full of BGA ICs in vinegar for a year to remove the solder.
Solder dissolved, some copper too. There's a white precipitate in a tin acetate solution what it can be? Also I having a problem dropping metals out of the solution, tried baking soda, nothing drops, displacing with pure aluminum and zinc, nothing too.

The solution still is very acidic. Will neutralize it with Tin slag left from melting very oxidized lead free reels.
Probably will take another year or so.
