Looking for a reaction vessel and flange top

I’m looking for some glassware

- A reaction vessel of volume 1-3L with a 100mm flange

- Any 100mm flat flange lids with 24/29 and 19/26 joints.

If anyone has either of these for sale and is in Europe, I would really appreciate if you dropped me a message.

Not clear. Do you have a picture?

Do you mean something like this?

Yes I do - ideally more of a barrel shaped than round bottom though.

Ummm. That kind of reactor isn't very common.

You may have trouble heating that cylindrical reactor.

Ask around.

Best bet, buy something from the Chinese.

Here on the West Coast of the U.S.A., a few years ago, we had a very cozy shipping arrangement with Chinese suppliers.

Good prices. Quick shipping. No customs charges.

Cheaper new from Deschem, than used in Europe or America.

Don't know what the shipping relationship between Europe and China is like.

Deep cylindrical reactor is fine with deep bath and good stirring. May be better suitable for specific purposes. I'd like to have one as electrolytic cell.

Chinese will do the job.

That’s what I was thinking. I figure it would work nicely with an oil bath (or even one of the fancy heating mantles specifically for these)

Thank you both for the help. I’ll get it from China as a last resort, but I’d prefer to support a chemist on here.

Well, the Chinese are surely the most likely to provide a suitable vessel, at an amenable price.

Possible someone on this board has something useable they will part with. Not likely, but possible.

It doesn't hurt to ask.

Reactor flasks cost significantly more in China compared to common glass. 5L reactor can cost 200$ when same 3nrbf goes for 60$, and you need clamp for the flange on top of that.
