Estimating boiling points at reduced pressure

Does anyone know how to estimate the boiling point of a liquid at reduced pressure? For example if I have a liquid that boils at 180 C at 1 bar what will be its boiling point at 100 millibars (0.1 bar)? Is it even possible?

I think this https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/chemistry/solvents/learning-cen... is what you're looking for.
