How long ago did you make the purchase? Can't you still go into the item and request a refund from the seller because the item has not arrived? As
long as the item is not showing as delivered I think you can still do that. If that doesn't work then you can go to ebay direct, I think you have to
wait a while though.

It was may 17th that I purchased/paid but ebay says that too much time has passed to get a refund through them unfortunately.
Never thought id have so much trouble getting/finding some NaBH4.

I had no problems with them. They replied to my emails fast and I recieved my products. Took a long time but that was due to COVID.
