Where to get a short path destillation head in Germany?

I am really having problems finding a single offer for the single piece of glassware mentioned in the title. In most attempts to look for it I get 0 Google results, otherwise I get some either mislabeled or completely irrelevant search results. Maybe I'm just typing in the incorrect search.

Can anyone recommend me an offer?

I live in the USA and much of my glassware has been bought out of country.
Perhaps extend your search beyond your borders.
There is international shipping.

Try searching for a distillation head, that might help. There are people on here in Europe, so someone likely can help you. There are certainly a few people in your area selling items on here.

https://www.ebay.de/itm/Distillation-head-Short-Path-Condens...

Found this.

But I'm not finding much else.

I'm baffled. When I search Germany for distillation columns it's like the greatest selection ever, but short path heads I'm getting nada.

Damn, I'm only getting stuff in German that's over here or in China.

The German term is Mikrodestille or Kurzwegdestille. There's nothing currently on eBay, but they do pop up every few weeks or so for ~50 €. If you can't wait you can get a brand new one at Neubert: https://www.neubert-glas.de/laborglas/onlineshop/katalog_php...

Try ebay.com instead of ebay.de. More choice.

Aliexpress is an option and another good supplier is Neubert Glas (https://www.neubert-glas.de/ ).

When searching eBay for stuff, if hard to find locally then
enable the "Worldwide" button in the "Item location" sub-menu.
I sort by lowest cost plus p&p.

If you are on a budget there's Deschem on eBay.
Many here use this seller as a prefered supplier.

But... you're in Germany ! Home to Schott's glassware.
Duran Schott's glass is simply the best there is out there. I think they're next to Mainz. Or at least they make telescope lenses in Mainz.

It's not cheap, but worth it.

What sort of capacity you looking for ?

I have a rather dinky all in one unit that has a flask (5 maybe 10ml or so) a little Vigreux column (about 50mm) and a short path Liebig (also around 50mm) all made out of one piece of glass. Looks cool but i'm pretty sure it'll be an absolute bitch of a thing to clean.

I can dig it out and check the make if you want.
