The thesis is a personal thing (depending more-or-less on your Advisor--usually more your Avisor's choice for an MS). Coming up with the subject is
part of the test. No one here can do you any favors by making suggestions.
If your Advisor already has a project, it's up to you to make it unique.
I (we, I imagine) can, however, discuss ideas that you might have.
