Buy some Dushuqiang and extract from that. Remember that possession of more than small quantities is an automatic educational if unpleasant decade
behind bars and walls.
Riffing on kmno4's - if you need to ask such a n00bish question, the odds are against your surviving the experiment.

It is a very easy synthesis and mirrors that of hexamethylene tetramine which has a similar structure but is non toxic.
Paraformaldehyde and sulfamide are heated in trifluoroacetic acid.
They condense to the product and water by Mannich type reactions.
The penalty for making it in China is a visit to the local football stadium where they put a bullet in the back of your head!

Unless you are rich enough to bribe your way out, that is, ScienceSquirrel. China, including its Pigs and Secret Pigs, is a notoriously corrupt
country. The Chinese millionaires and billionaires one hears about in the news are old Communist Party bosses, or their children, who have had their
hands in the tilll, or have been accepting bribes, for decades.
