when i mix morpholene with epichlorohydrine i get brown colour paste what is that..?

I'm guessing at a different transliteration of morpholine (and epichlorohydrin) from someone whose first language isn't English, but I may be
entirely wrong.

If that is the case we do not have enough information for proper answer. Epichlorohydrin N-alkylates morpholine, but depending on reaction conditions
and reaction stoichiometry, the first product 4-(oxiran-2-ylmethyl)morpholine, can alkylate another molecule of morpholine to give
1,3-di(morpholin-4-yl)propan-2-ol (or their hydrochlorides, hence the "brown colour paste").
