A careful search on Google for its title disclosed thousands of references quoting it in scientific papers; but NO sign of it as a free upload (PDF OR
DJVU OR ZIP OR RAR OR CHM file) anywhere, including not on Torrent, Rapidshare, Badongo, Ifile, Mihd, Easyshare, Megaupload, Filefactory,
Depositfiles, etc., or a FTP site. If someone has it, please scan and upload it.
However, I found many available downloads of other books on the same subject by using this search string on Google:
"computational chemistry" "rapidshare.com/files" PDF OR DJVU OR CHM OR ZIP OR RAR
