hi...
i need 3D structure of following compounds.
Cu(II)Br, CuSCN, Cu(SCN)2

That looks like the crystal structure of zinc blende or sphalerite, ZnS, face-centered cubic (as distinct from the other form of ZnS, hexagonal wurtzite, with which is associated greenockite, CdS). See:
