Has anyone tried potassium citrate to salt out alcohol? According to wikipedia, it is insoluble in ethanol 95%. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Potassium_citrate. I tried it before and it can also separate out ethanol similar to K2CO3, but I don't know if
there are any drawbacks vs K2CO3.

Came in to testify that K3PO4 does indeed work magic. Takes around 1.5g to consume 1g of water. Dries at 150C.
More people should know this
