Good point. Around here the biggest obstacle are the rules for containers and marking/labeling of chemicals to consumers. As long as you have a
registered business you can get almost anything.
I've ordered 25kg of NaOH and NaNO3 (for a caustic black bath), no issues as it went through a friends company.
We're not banging rocks together here. We know how to put a man back together.
