There are a number of newer posts by teens eating that on youtube.
The new shit in town is Jenkem
Never bothered with it (nutmeg) myself, it goes on my desserts, in the sauces or in the cupboard; & in the bin after it's been in the cupboard.
It's also good in winter if you add it and cinnamon to coco.
Thanks for the reminder on the plant name, I don't like forgetting them.
Never heard of breadfruit before. But then, English cousine is basically everything we've stolen or pillaged from somewhere else blended and put on
chips.

I know KI can be oxidized by air so I would rule out heat.
EDIT: In the video they use dry burned seaweed so its probably ok. And they get brown water with purple gas.
