Help with Gel Pump Savant gp100 (Diaphragm Vacuum Pump)
My gel pump doesn't pull a full vacuum, it only reached about -.8 Bar and then stops. I know it isn't my chamber that is leaking because I got it to
run with a cheap vacuum pump that I broke. I have replaced and tightened everything down and it is still not fixed. It works via a diaphragm and I am
currently trying replacing the diaphragms with rubber I cut on a Cricut machine. Does anyone with any experience have any suggestions or ideas? I have
already bypassed the chamber.

I'd connect the (or a new cheap) pressure gauge directly to the pump to verify just the pump first.
There is a 1 litre trap as a part of the pump assembly,
bypass that too if the pressure is not low enough,
if the pressure is still to high then pump repair is required.

I bypassed the trap already and unfortunately the problem persisted (and several screws heads broke off and got stuck) I believe it is either valves
or the diaphragms as there seems to be no slowing nor leakage I am ordering Viton rubber to see if replacing the diaphragms works.
