You will be re-entering college with a large number of completed credits covering most of your general education requirements.
Maybe you should consider going back to the college you attended for several years around 2012-2015
This would really simplify finishing your degree as you won't have to transfer units or anything like that.
They'll probably be glad to see you back.

Just make sure to go to one that has a good value for its cost. College is way overpriced these days.
