residual solvent


In our API IPA as a residual solvent appear as 9000 ppm limit is 2000 ppm & drying condition is 80°C under vaccum. so how can i remove it? please suggest me appropriate answer.

IPA doesn't react as readily as lower alcohols with CaCl2

.........drying condition is 80°C under vaccum.........

With a rotary evaporator?

Need details like how long at what pressure etc.

Drying your subustance with P2O5


guys have u ever done drying your subustance with P2O5 , can some body post details , including setup of instrumetnts. Help apperciated .
