Brilliant idea for a diaphram cell.
For that I usually use polypropylene hepa vacuum bags.
putting a pvc coating on them would improve it immensely.
The hepa vacuum bags are also useful for ultra fine filter media (equivalent to grade3 for 5micron and 602H for 1micron) for vacuum filtration and have good resistance for most things.
Obviously not everything but it is good.
