MnCO3 to MnO2?

Is there any way to turn MnCO3 into fairly pure MnO2?

I thought about the electrolysis of MnSO4 + H2SO4, which I could prepare and makes very pure MnO2, but I don't have any inert electrodes.

Maybe dissolve it in some acid, then base out with NaOH and bake it in some crucible with propane torch. You could also try baking it directly as carbonate salt, but either way I don't guarantee very good purity of MnO2. Best source of MnO2 is if you have plenty of KMnO4 and use it for some organic oxidation, MnO2 is leftover and is pure.
