Can Propan-2-ol be used instead of ethanol to prevent chloroform turning into phosgene?

I haven't seen 2-Propanol mentioned anywhere.
The technical grades of chloroform are stabilized with 0.5 to 1.0 % of methanol,
ethanol or amylene. Up to 400 ppm of methylene dichloride or carbon tetrachloride
can be present as impurities. "Chloroform medicinale" and "Chloroform pro narcosi"
according to DAB 7 are stabilized with ethanol.

chloroform is oxidized by atmospheric Oxygen. when that happen phosgene will form , alcohol react with it to form carbonate ester and HCl. In theory
any would work. so yes, most important is bottle is air tight.
