Good cheap source for Enzymes

Here are a few,

Adolph's meat tenderizer (papain)
McCormicks meat tenderizer (Bromelian)

ZEP Drain care (proteas, cellulaise, lippaise) and the bacteria that produce them

The meat tenderizers have allot of salt in them, but that is because most protease enzymes need a high PH 8.2 or better to work.

I\'ll kill a man in a fair fight, or if I think he is gonna start a fair fight, or if he\'s bothrn me allot, or if I am getin payed good, or probably over a good woman.

Is ZEP Drain care a liquid or it's dry?I'm interested to know
Because of the protozoa in it.IS not clear in the catalog directory. Some version of it declare "liquid". All are in bottles.

Saliva is very handy, also. I'll post PDF's on demand,If required.
Or go to: Google Book Search: Industrial use saliva content.
A 200 pages book is free to download, as today.
Other PDF to be found there too.

Amylase Lipase Protease purification Storage
Simple homemade prep. of sheet-test to check enzime activity etc.etc. Many other enzimes .
