Delepine
Hi,
I have seen different modification of this faboulous synthesis. However I read on the internet a review with a guy, first during the sn2 i ethanol.
Then he evaporated and just added some TSOH and ring close his system. Could that be correct? Where is the ethanolic hydrolysis or similar? Is it
because delepine salts are so diffucult to isolate that they decompose without acid if you heat and evaporate Them?
Havent seen similar experimentals like this one before. Maybe steric hindrance is also a Factor of stability?
