can some one tell me how to turn hydrazine sulphate into dihydrazine suulphate ?

If you are wodering why you received a somewhat terse response: the culture of this board is to not give much time to spoonfeeding requests.

Seriously, hydrazine has its own significant hazards. If you are not sufficiently familiar with some basic chemical techniques (that is, the procedure you are asking for) then you should not be playing with hydrazine at all.

I will move this to Beginnings. If someone wants to give you some details, then fine. But you really do need to do some of your own research and do it thoroughly before attempting something like this.
