Correcting overestimation of He ionization energy HELP!

Here is a problem I am working on that I am very stuck on and need your all's expert help. I am trying to find an integral that corrects the coulomb expectation value for ground state He (see attached). Where zeta is a variation parameter which can be optimized in order to estimate the effective nuclear charge or for mixing wavefunctions. dv represents the coordinates of the functions for which (for s-type functions) is only integrated over the radial components. In this approximation the electron repulsion integrals are ignored.
What I am trying to is solve the integral that corrects the overestimation of the He ionization from ignoring the coulomb repulsion and eventually find its value as a function of zeta.

Know this is a weird question but any help is really appreciated!
