Cracked PE Addition Funnel

I just received the p-e addition funnel I ordered a while back on eBay from China and the side arm has a crack in it, can I just seal this up with Teflon or duck tape? Or should I scrap it/ message the seller relentlessly for a refund or replacement funnel?

It has been my experience in similar cases that if you photograph the damage they will send a new one and you keep the damaged one.
Ask for replacement not refund.

ben0315 is good too.

Stuff gets broken in transit, especially glass.

Not entirely their fault.

Thats real sad. Always sucks when glass gets wrecked. Good luck trying to get a replacement its better to ask for than a refund!
