Beautiful chemical reaction
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8lkGElr4OqU
This reaction is based on color change relatively to acidity or alkalinity of the solution. This video is simply a demonstration of a beautiful
reaction and has no other purpose. I hope you will enjoy the video and music.

Would be much more efficient by extracting the natural dye into an organic solvent like ethanol or aceton...concentrate it and use a few drops in
various test tubes with various pH (from 1 to 14).
I have seen this done with red beet juice...and it makes a rainbow of colours...

Sounds like a good idea, I will research this information and perhaps use it in some of my other videos.
Thanks.

You can also freeze the cabbage, let it thaw, and squeeze out the juice.
Please remember: "Filtrate" is not a verb.

Ahh yes. But always good to have something to aspire to.
I see a similarity between some stuff on your channel and these. Keep up the good work.

Thank you, you always motivating me with your comments.
But realistically thinking, I have to do allot of improvement in my videos and of course some money investment to get to reasonable results.
However, I am doing this as a hobby and I am not looking to make any profit from my experiments thus investing allot of money is not an option for me.

I even wrote a wiki article about anthocyanin:

This includes a description of how to make test paper from it.
Smells like ammonia....
